… and on the drums: mom
Dad, my brother and I got mom an electronic drum set for mother’s day. Mom hasn’t owned a drum set in years, but once she picks up the drum sticks it’s like she never put them down. Here’s a little youtube clip of mom and dad jamming out:
After watching this video, both my parents refused to play for the camera stating that they needed more practice

That’s a fairly remarkable statement; I suspect few people’s mom’s played drums.
(Though my mom did occasionally chase me around the house trying to beat me with something or other. Just kidding, Mom.)
